the longest day

Well, the sun finally did come out.

Today was warm and bright and I wandered through our local nursery fantasizing about my someday garden.

So now it's official. Summer.

For all you on this side of the planet, enjoy the longest day of the year.

kick off your shoes

I love Ventura this time of year, when the days are so long there's no need to rush. And bare feet are more than acceptable, they're expected.
