The Friday Scenic Route

On Fridays I usually take the scenic route home. At the end of these busy weeks, it's nice to sink into my seat, gaze at the autumn clouds and just enjoy the ride.

This new schedule of mine of killing me. I'm either treading water or going under and all the things I love to do have fallen by the wayside while I do the things I have to. I still would like to post all the photos from my little road trip, but it'll have to wait a bit.

Monday Meditations

It was my first day back to work after a glorious Spring Break. I can't say I was glad to be up with the sun...

... but everything else was lovely. Our campus is in bloom and the air is thick with bees and Spring Fever.

Back to School

I love these vintage school photos. Everyone looks like they are having so much fun. Visions of playfulness in the classroom are inspiration for my first day back after a long (but never long enough) winter break.
